- A citizen of Bhutan.
- Tibetan Refugee who have moved to India before 1962 First January.
Educational Qualification
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Application
3 Years Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering
Degree in any stream of Engineering and Technology
RSCIT/ 10+2 with Subject of Computer Science or Application
